Staytite began its railway journey back in 1983, supplying British Rail with loosening resistant Hardlock Nuts to improve the safety and reliability of critical bolted connections. With an expanded portfolio of products and services, Staytite has continued to offer time-saving, safety-critical, reliable parts to improve rolling stock and infrastructure.
Today, Staytite Rail supplies a range of rail fastening solutions, including Hardlock Nuts, rail fasteners and fishplate conversion solutions, alongside innovative Intelligent Bolts that enable remote monitoring of clamp load and temperature within bolted connections. The company also provides tailored stock management systems to help maintain essential supplies of fasteners, category C components, PPE and other operational items.
Through decades of industry experience and engineering expertise, Staytite supports the railway sector by improving reliability, reducing maintenance demands and helping operators maintain safer, more efficient rail infrastructure.
